- We are seeking a sharp Virtual Assistant with excellent attention to detail.
- Some of the work you will do include but not limited to;
- Assist with order processing, shipping & logistics
- Product sourcing, contacting vendors & suppliers
- Assisting customer support (social media, email)
- Scheduling daily social media posting
- Handling wholesale/distributor inquiries
- Creating & sending out newsletters
- and other general assistant duties.
Requisitos:
- Skills Required:
- Must have a very good command of excel sheets
- Have excellent follow up skills
- Must be sharp, patient, work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Detail oriented with a drive for high-quality output
- Compassionate, empathetic, and eager to help others
- Strong writing skills, including complete command of English grammar
- Able to effectively multi-task
- Self-starter with proven organizational and problem-solving skills
