- Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of the website including order fulfillment, shipping methods, payment methods and customer service.
- Recruit, train, onboard and evaluate internal and external human resources
- Manage overall SLA's, personnel, performance
- Establishing and monitoring clear management control
- Ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assig
Requisitos:
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant customer service management experience
- Ability to handle and work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Should be very flexible in time and understand requirements of a 24/7 geographically distributed operation with different time zones and teams.
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work with numbers and very hands on resource with excellent people management and motivation skills
- Should have good knowledge about quality, training, and other supporting workflows.
